Merytronic PI-3

Identificación de 3-fases en cable des-energizado

El identificador de fases Merytronic PI-3 es una herramienta digital avanzada, robusta y fácil de usar. Ayuda a los usuarios a identificar fácilmente cualquier cable eléctrico sin tensión y sus fases, entre múltiples conductores, en subestaciones, zanjas, arquetas, paneles, conversiones aéreas/subterráneas, etc.

El transmisor incluye tres pinzas inductivas y tres cocodrilos. Por lo tanto, puede detectar cada una de las fases de una línea sin cambiar la conexión del transmisor. También ayuda a identificar tanto los cables des-energizados antes de ser cortados como los cables abiertos (una vez que ya han sido cortados) para unir correctamente las fases de ambos lados.

Casos de uso:

  • Identificación de fases en cable con ambos extremos en cortocircuito
  • Identificación de fases en cables cortados sin cortocircuito
  • Unión de dos líneas trifásicas fase a fase

Con un solo dispositivo se pueden identificar cualquier tipo de cables tanto en Media como en Baja Tensión y no requiere calibración previa a la identificación.

Underground cable and pipe locator

 

The MRT-500 device is an underground cable and pipe locator, which makes it possible to trace distribution networks quickly, easily and accurately.

Specially designed for contractors, maintenance departments, civil works, GIS, etc., to locate and trace the cables of their distribution networks. It is also valid for locating and tracing underground pipe networks.

In addition, thanks to its compatibility with the GridGIS Map Creator digitisation app (developed by Ariadna Grid), it allows the underground network to be digitised accurately.

Underground piping networks maintenance (optional)

The MRT-500 device with its different accessories, allows to locate and to trace pipes, in an agile and effective way. It is suitable for both METALLIC and NON-METALLIC pipes, allowing maintenance teams to know exactly where the pipe they need to work on runs, before digging. Avoiding perforate the routes of other services

Metal Piping

  • Direct connection to any accessible point of the pipe
  • No need for guides or probes
  • CPS mode with polarity of the induced signal allows to see the direction of the current and to discriminate returns.

Electric distribution network digitisation (optional)

 

Once the network assets have been located, the next step in the digitisation of electrical networks is to know where the connection lines run between the different assets.

Merytronic has developed a complete solution, consisting of the MRT-500 device together with the GridGIS Map Creator app. This solution makes it possible to locate and trace the network while recording the data in the digitisation app. Thanks to the app, existing data can be downloaded from the company’s GIS system on a map of the terrain, edited and expanded during field work and uploaded to the system once the work has been completed. This process is carried out in a simple way, thus avoiding transcription errors.

 

Piping networks digitalisation (optional)

 

The MRT-500 device and its digitalisation app GridGIS Map Creator, help to carry out the digitalisation of distribution networks for Oil&Gas companies in an agile and efficient way.  It is suitable for metallic and non-metallic pipes.

Thanks to the app, existing data can be downloaded from the company’s GIS system on a map of the terrain, edited and expanded during field work and uploaded to the system once the work has been completed. This process is carried out in a simple way, thus avoiding transcription errors.

 

There is an advanced version of the locator, the MRT-700, with more features and functionalities.

Identification of De-energised cable

The cable identifier Ariadna CI-DE device allows to identify any type of de-energised cable, in a RELIABLE, SIMPLE and SAFE way.

Specially designed for maintenance tasks involving the handling of electrical cables, it is an effective tool that allows operators to easily and without error identify de-energised cables from other conductors in trenches, manholes, panels…

It doesn’t require calibration before using it, factory calibrated.

MRT-700 CI

Underground cable locator as a cable identifier

 

The technology used for current injection in underground cable locators must be different from that of cable identifiers for electrical safety. In both cases the injected signal and the electrical circuit are different.

The conventional locators can be fitted with a sensor for pre-identification of the cable using the same injected signal as in the tracer, with a good hit rate in some cases.

MERYTRONIC’s underground cable and pipe locator, MRT-700, can be ordered with a cable identifier for de-energised cables, providing 100% reliable identification. In this case we are talking about two devices in one.

This combined solution is very useful for companies working with underground cables. It is very common to find many cables in the same trench when tracing a line. Which one is the correct? That’s where the MRT-700-CI plays a key role – in addition to tracing the cable, you can identify the line unambiguously, saving a lot of time and avoiding accidents.

The vertical 2 pole fuse disconnector (BBCV) is available for sizes: NH 1XL-2XL-3L, and current: 250/500 A

The fuse base version (BBAV-P) provides a front side protection degree (without fuse) of IP20 whereas lateral protection. Adittionally, the fuse disconnector version (BBCV) provides two fuse-holders that allows a very simple and effective way at insertion / extraction of the fuse.
