LV Modular and Insulated LV distribution panels for Transformer Substations

We have developed a new range of modular low-voltage switchboards that, through the design of a system of insulated plates, allow the connection of any type of connection element and can be combined with the number of desired outputs.

2 | CBTO

Optimized LV Switchboard

The CBTO is designed to prevent an accidental internal arc.
In the event of a possible short circuit, it does not move around the panel. The damage is limited to the area where it occurred.

UNESA LV switchboards

Designed under UNESA standards. This switchboard is one of the first to be designed. Like the CBTO, it is in charge of dividing the transformer output into a number of protected and independent outgoings through TRIVER+ fuse bases in the Low Voltage distribution network. The connection is designed for a maximum of 4 cables of 240 mm2 per phase and 3 cables of 240 mm2 for the neutral.

4 | CBTR

Indoor frame mounted LV panels

They are compact boards and are designed to be installed in rural transformation centers whose dimensions are reduced. They are made up of a frame on which the functional units are mounted: busbar, protection elements and C.T. auxiliary services circuit.
To increase the number of outputs we can interconnect one
or more CBTR frames.

Outdoor substation LV switchboards

Panels for outdoor transformation center. The envelope is PNT-type Polyester insulation. Mounting is usually done on a pole in the open. Suitable for transformers up to 250 kVA.

6 | CBTI-T

Telemanagement outdoor substations LV Switchboards

Panels for outdoor transformation center with remote management. They are prepared for the installation of the TC Telemanagement equipment. The enclosure is PNT-type polyester insulation and post-mounted. Suitable for transformers up to 250 kVA.
